Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the student care centre
- Ensure students’ safety, discipline, and well-being at all times
- Supervise homework and guide students in their learning
- Plan and conduct enrichment activities and programmes
- Lead and supervise a team of teachers and care staff
- Communicate effectively with parents on students’ progress and behaviour
- Handle administrative duties (attendance, reports, documentation)
- Ensure compliance with centre policies and regulatory requirements
