About the Company:

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and underwrite structured credit transactions including loan portfolios, ABS, and other securitized products

  • Perform detailed financial, collateral, and cash flow analysis to assess transaction risk and credit quality

  • Review legal documentation, transaction structures, and covenant packages to identify key risks and mitigants

  • Develop underwriting recommendations and present findings to internal investment or credit committees
