Your Role

As a Strategy and Transformation Senior Consultant within our Business Reinvention team at frog, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering large-scale transformation initiatives. You will lead workstreams, engage with senior stakeholders, and drive the translation of strategy into tangible business impact.

• Lead workstreams within complex transformation programs, managing client stakeholders up to senior leadership level.
• Drive the analysis of markets, customer needs and business challenges to identify reinvention opportunities and develop strategies and business cases.
• Design and implement innovative business models and support go-to-market and monetization strategies.
