Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and analytically sharp VP Strategy Manager to support the AI for Tech Transformation Program, a high-visibility initiative driving JPMorganChase's adoption of generative AI across its technology organization. This role requires the ability to flex between data analyst, product manager, and program/project organizer modes, with frequent direct engagement with CIOs and senior executives. Success depends on high-judgment, precise communication and the ability to translate ambiguity into clear decisions, actionable plans, and OC-ready materials. This role blends AI awareness, data-driven analysis, and executive communication, acting as a key contributor in the effort to scale AI-powered developer tools across the firm.
