3+ years in strategy, operations, or marketplace roles with demonstrated impact on localized growth or P&L performance. Any experience in marketing is a plus
Bilingual French and English
Analytical skills with experience applying funnel optimization, LTV/CAC metrics, and supply/demand modeling to real-world decisions
Excellent communication and relationship building skills, and comfortable presenting to large groups
Experience building and implementing repeatable go-to-market strategies or activations
Comfort working autonomously while coordinating across departments
Comfortable working heavily with data, and operating at a fast pace in an entrepreneurial environment. Experience working in a startup is a plus, especially a marketplace platform
