Citizens Theatre Ltd. is seeking Non-Executive Directors/Trustees to contribute to governance and ensure the long-term sustainability of the theatre. This role involves participation in approximately 4-6 Board meetings per year along with committee participation and occasional strategic sessions.

Ideal candidates will have strategic thinking, sound judgement, and a commitment to the theatre's mission. Experience in income generation or strong relevant networks will be advantageous. The position is voluntary, with reasonable expenses reimbursed.
