Promoting, gaining approval for, and executing value creation strategies at an AJW-Group level
Creation of strategies with appropriate contractual mechanisms
Developing joint sourcing strategies, where other suppliers supply similar parts/services which are managed by other SSMs.
Delivery of cost reduction for assigned allocation
Providing support to the commercial team and analysis of customer bid requirements.
Drafting complex PQQ/ITT/RFI/RFQ documents.
Management and overall accountability for the performance and compliance of the supply chain, leading improvement actions with the help of sub-contract managers.
Negotiating and executing robust supplier contractual frameworks
