As the Strategic Proposal & Procurement Specialist (Part-Time On-Call), you will provide specialized expertise in developing high-stakes responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and drafting rigorous Sole Source Justifications (SSJ) to support the U.S. Army IMCOM CYS mission.

This role requires an intimate understanding of Army Regulation 608-10 and CYS operational standards to ensure all procurement documents accurately reflect the unique requirements of military child development and youth programming.
