• Plan and schedule production activities based on demand forecasts and operational capacity
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including project, planning, and production to align priorities with delivery schedules
• Manage material planning activities, including requisitioning materials and maintaining BOM updates and engineering changes
• Ensure production order confirmation based on material and capacity readiness
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely material supply and manage inventory levels effectively
• Monitor material availability to support uninterrupted production flow
• Prepare inventory and financial‑related reports such as E&O and buy‑down claims
• Ensure timely closure of production orders for billing and reporting purposes
• Provide data analysis and reporting support to management and internal stakeholders
