            Responsibilities  Execute the end-to-end strategic partnership roadmap aligned to Retail Banking objectives. 
Manage and grow partnership strategies across key verticals: Health & Wellness, and Lifestyle 
Pre-onboarding and post onboarding management of Identified partnerships 
Governance of partnership agreements (e.g., co-branding, affiliate models, referrals, product bundling). 
Serve as the relationship manager for allocated partnerships. 
Work closely with product, marketing, technology, legal, compliance, and risk teams to deliver partnership initiatives and commercial outcomes. 
Align partnership activities with internal stakeholders and governance requirements. 
Build and manage the partnership P&L, setting KPIs for performance tracking. 
Ensure continuous improvement and optimization of active partnerships.
