Supports the implementation of AUT’s Strategic Partnerships & Alumni Engagement Plans. Co‑ordinates impactful partnerships, manages alumni communications, and stewards relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support strategic partnership and alumni initiatives.
• Manage AUT’s alumni social media presence and CRM communications.
• Maintain the team’s annual calendar of projects and activities.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Support special projects and contribute to continuous improvement.
