Reliant HR Consultancy is seeking a Financial Controller to lead the financial planning, analysis, and performance management for a growing business in Abu Dhabi. Responsibilities include managing the Profit & Loss (P&L), leading budgeting cycles, and performing financial analysis.

The ideal candidate will have 5–12 years of experience in finance roles, with a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management. Experience in hospitality or retail is advantageous.
