Job Description

Tempel is looking to add a Strategic Account Manager to our team. The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for growing sales and market share within assigned strategic accounts and territories while strengthening Tempel’s position as a trusted business partner for electric motor cores.

This role requires strong relationship management, commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and collaboration across multiple departments including Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Quality, and Customer Service. The ideal candidate will bring experience within industries such as automotive, motorsports, rail, aerospace, industrial, or related markets and demonstrate the ability to build long‑term, value‑based customer relationships.

This position may be filled at varying levels based on candidate experience and qualifications.
