We are looking for a proactive, detail-obsessed STR Virtual Assistant who will serve as the operational backbone of our day-to-day property management. This is not a reactive role – we need someone who anticipates issues before they become problems, keeps our systems updated, and ensures every guest interaction reflects the Portugal Portfolio standard of excellence.
You will be the eyes, ears, and engine behind our operations – from the moment a booking is confirmed to the moment a guest checks out (and beyond). You will own task management in Breezeway, guest journeys in Duve, and booking operations in Guesty.
