What does a typical day look like?

Reporting to the our Purchasing Officer, you will be responsible for the timely and efficient acceptance of inbound goods and raw materials destined for use in the catering area. These may include fresh food, frozen or dry goods, alcohol and other beverages, as well as equipment and stationary items.
