Job Responsibilities - Oversee the delivery and inspection of all incoming materials, ensuring reconciliation with purchase orders in accordance with company standards
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the inventory management system by supervising timely updates of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns
- Lead and monitor daily operations for receipt, binning, system posting, material records, and issuance processes to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Supervise the receipt and unpacking of materials and supplies, ensuring appropriate handling and proper storage procedures
- Review and report any damages or discrepancies identified during goods receipt, initiating corrective actions where necessary
