Job Description

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth sales activities, excellent customer service, and the achievement of sales targets. The role includes supervising store personnel, managing inventory, maintaining showroom displays, and ensuring that the store reflects the brand’s image and standards. The Store Manager also handles customer concerns, coordinates with the head office for replenishment and marketing activities, and ensures overall operational efficiency.
