• Leading, coaching and developing your team to bring their best every day
• Owning the day-to-day operations of your store
• Becoming a certified Bra Fit expert through our industry-leading 12-week training programme
• Creating an inclusive, uplifting environment where every woman feels confident and supported
• Driving results, smashing KPIs and ensuring your store always looks its best
• Partnering with a supportive Regional Manager to help your store and team thrive
