Your new role
Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
Drive revenue growth through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement
Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer issues professionally
Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local labour requirements
Prepare sales reports and analyse performance to identify improvement opportunities
