Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall daily store operations
- Drive sales performance and achieve store KPIs
- Deliver outstanding customer service and brand experience
- Motivate, coach, and develop the retail team
- Ensure excellent visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and shrinkage
- Handle staff scheduling, manpower planning, and team productivity
- Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities for business growth
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards
