At PakWheels, we are looking for a well‑mannered and responsible Store In‑Charge / Cashier to manage front desk operations and handle billing at our Car Oil Change Service Center in Lahore. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, and a customer‑friendly attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers professionally and guide them regarding available services and offers.
- Generate accurate bills and invoices using POS or billing software.
- Receive and process various payment methods (cash, card, digital), issue receipts, and manage cash registers.
- Maintain daily cash records and reconcile balances in coordination with the Branch Manager.
- Handle incoming calls, manage service appointments, and respond to general customer inquiries.
