Duties & Responsibilities Assist the supervisor with the following matters in Logistics and Warehouse. Logistics & Warehouse Support Assist the supervisor in managing daily warehouse and logistics activities. Update and monitor delivery schedules using the Seatable platform. Delivery Operations (Planning & Execution) Plan daily delivery and collection activities, ensuring resources are allocated effectively. Execute delivery operations when required, stepping in to support urgent or complex schedules. Coordinate with 3rd party logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate service. Troubleshoot and resolve delivery issues in collaboration with supervisors, sales, and customer support. Product Handling & Quality Control Ensure goods are picked, packed, and delivered according to FIFO (First-In-First-Out). Conduct daily QC checks on products before dispatch.
