Job Summary
The Territory Officer is responsible for managing and growing sales within the assigned territory by ensuring excellent store execution, product availability, merchandising standards, and customer relationships. The role works closely with store personnel, concession partners, and internal teams to achieve sales targets and maintain smooth store operations.
Key Responsibilities
Execute sales plans, promotions, and activities to achieve territory sales targets.
Conduct regular store visits to monitor merchandising, inventory levels, and product availability.
Ensure proper implementation of planograms, pricing, displays, and merchandising standards.
Build and maintain good relationships with Store Managers, Supervisors, Sales Associates, and concession partners.
