Job Description
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting in selecting the appropriate fragrance based on their needs.
- Explain product details (e.g., type of fragrance, scent notes, etc.).
- Promote fragrance products to increase sales.
- Recommend promotions or special offers.
Cleaning and Organization:
- Ensure that the fragrance displays are clean and tidy.
- Organize products on the shelves and ensure that stock is complete.
- Monitor and record fragrance stock levels.
- Report any shortages or out-of-stock products to the supervisor.
