Stockist – Part‑time, 1 month – Madrid Serrano

We are looking for a part‑time Stockist to join our Madrid Serrano team for 1 month.

Responsibilities

• Make sure to keep RIMOWA stock organized, accessible and always up to date in order to facilitate store organisation and coordinate with your team to drive sales in‑store.
• Supervise the deliveries and coordinate with headquarters for annual stock counts.
• Provide an outstanding and unforgettable client experience. Whether they are long‑time RIMOWA brand ambassadors or are discovering our products for the first time, ensuring that our clients embark on their own personal RIMOWA journeys is our top priority.
• Assist with special requests and perform repairs in coordination with our client care department.
