Role: Stock Controller & Credit Manager supporting Culinary Team
Location: Boutique Estate, KZN
Salary Range: R15,000 – R17,000 per month (+ live-in benefits)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Stock Controller & Credit Manager to run the financial and administrative backbone of a busy boutique hotel kitchen. Working directly with the Head Chef, your core purpose is to handle all F&B procurement, menu costings, and supplier management to take the administrative pressure off the culinary team.

Our ideal candidate is a highly organized numbers specialist with experience managing backend inventory and paperwork for premium restaurants, weddings, and large events.

Minimum Requirements Qualification in Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related administrative field. 3+ years of experience in inventory control, cost controller, or bookkeeping roles within hospitality.
