Stock Controller - Cape Town

We are looking for an experienced Stock Controller to manage tyre inventory, procurement and workshop coordination for our fleet in Cape Town.

Responsibilities

• Procurement & Supplier Relations
  • Sourcing & Quotations: request, compile and analyze competitive quotations from approved suppliers for tyres, components, and workshop consumables.
  • Comparative Analysis: evaluate supplier quotes based on pricing, delivery lead times, product quality and warranty terms.
  • Supplier Liaison: serve as primary contact for external vendors, resolve invoicing discrepancies, track backorders and evaluate vendor performance.
  • Purchase Orders: generate and process accurate purchase orders within company guidelines and track them to delivery.
