Higgins is looking for a permanent, full-time STMS to join our Traffic Management division. Based from our Morrinsville Depot, this is a hands-on role where you will lead temporary traffic management activities, keep road users informed, and ensure worksites are set up safely and correctly each day.You will work closely with site teams and the public, taking responsibility for traffic control set-ups and compliance while being present on site and involved in the day-to-day work. While the Traffic division is based out of our Hamilton branch, this role will required you to work across our depots and branches locations throughout the Waikato region.Key responsibilities include:

Set up, manage, and remove temporary traffic management on live worksites

Design, check, and update Traffic Management Plans to meet required standards

Control traffic using stop/go, signs, and traffic signals as required
