Key Responsibilities
- Operate dishwashing equipment and hand‑wash items as required, ensuring thorough cleaning and sanitisation of plates, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans, and serviceware.
- Sort, scrape, soak, and pre‑rinse items before loading into dishwashers and ensure correct detergents and chemicals are used according to instructions.
- Dry, polish, and store clean items in designated locations, maintaining careful handling of delicate items such as stemware and silverware.
