業務内容

・お客様からのワインに関する問い合わせに対応し、最適な提案を行う

・シェフや料飲マネージャーと連携し、ワインリストを作成・更新する

・キッチンやバーと連携し、料理とのペアリングやサービスの流れを最適化する

・スタッフへのワイン知識トレーニングやサービス指導を行う

・ワインの品質管理、保管状態、衛生基準を常に確認・維持する

・売上レポートや在庫レポートを作成し、レストランマネージャーへ報告する

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Respond to guests’ inquiries regarding wine and provide the most suitable recommendations
+ Collaborate with chefs and Food & Beverage Managers to create and update wine lists
+ Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to optimize food pairings and service flow
+ Conduct wine knowledge training and service guidance for staff members
+ Continuously monitor and maintain wine quality, storage conditions, and hygiene standards
+ Prepare sales and inventory reports and report to the Restaurant Manager
