Description
Leads activities and monitors children in Stay and Play. Operates in accordance with the mission, values and policies noted in our Stay and Play manual given at time of employment.
WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS

• Ability to step, stand, sit, push, pull, stretch, lift and squat
• Ability to lift and move up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to solve practical problems.

QUALIFICATIONS

• CPR and First Aid certification - YMCA of Virginia's Blue Ridge offers CPR and First Aid classes and can be completed once employed by the Y.
• Experience working with children ages 12 and under
