1. Business & Revenue Management

* Drive station revenue through advertising sales, sponsorships, branded content, and strategic partnerships.

* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

* Identify new business opportunities and market expansion initiatives.

* Monitor budgets, expenses, and profitability of the station.
