You will be responsible for providing high-quality planned and reactive maintenance across a prestigious portfolio of public sector buildings.

Key Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact on-site, ensuring all fabric and basic engineering assets are maintained to a high standard.
• Fabric & Carpentry: Repair and maintain floors, walls, ceilings, doors, windows, and fitted furniture.
• Reactive First Response: Initial responder for leaks, blockages, and general faults, ensuring the site is made safe immediately.
