Purpose
The State Advertising Manager is responsible for building, leading and scaling the Company's advertising revenue operations across an assigned state. The role requires a highly connected industry professional capable of recruiting leadership teams, building district-level coverage, supporting revenue growth and driving execution across multiple territories. This is a hands-on leadership role with direct responsibility for recruitment, revenue growth, market expansion and execution.

Key Responsibilities
Build and lead the Company's advertising operations within the assigned state.
Establish strong market presence across major cities and districts.
Drive execution and accountability throughout the organisation.
Bring in and onboard Zonal Managers and District Manager FTE's across the state.
Build leadership capability throughout the organisation.
