Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Sales for Switzerland, Austria and Eastern Europe, as a Startup Hunter Account Executive at Databricks, you will focus on acquiring new accounts across Eastern Europe. You are a self‑starter who understands how to generate pipeline and manage full sales cycles, has experience with the consumption business, can sell innovation and value to new prospective customers, identify first or new use cases and guide them forward to compress decision cycles. You enjoy understanding a product in depth and are passionate about communicating its value to customers and partners. Always prospecting for new use case opportunities within new accounts, we also offer accelerators above 100% quota accomplishment.
