Job Description Summary:

We are excited to deliver our innovative comprehensive team approach to patient care. We have a comprehensive charge nurse, a pharmacist, a transition of care nurse, a resident, and a physician who round on each patient every day from 8 am to 11 am. All patients are seen by the same hospitalist on the floor. Our physicians are a part of the Central Ohio Primary Care Hospitalist group and the same physician rounds on the unit for a week at a time and switches off.
