The Omni Identity Platform team powers Walmart’s customer experiences and monetization ecosystem by integrating first-party, third-party, transactional, and behavioral signals into a unified identity intelligence platform that continuously learns and evolves through feedback loops. Our charter includes:
+ Advancing identity quality, coverage, and explainability through graph-native identity resolution and scalable enrichment frameworks.
+ Building trusted identity intelligence capabilities that support personalization, advertising, fraud prevention, measurement, and omni-channel customer experiences.
+ Enabling privacy-first, real-time identity infrastructure that powers enterprise-scale activation and decisioning systems.
