Asia HDM team is responsible for end-to-end HGA mechanical integration, providing technical leadership in CTQ-focused evaluation, risk management, and close collaboration with Drive product HDM to identify and close design gaps, ensuring smooth qualification, factory handoff, and sustained product performance.
About the role - you will:
Act as mechanical Critical to Quality (CTQ) owner on cleaning related process changes and have ongoing monitoring plan, working with process owners. Account on proper execution of cleaning process evaluations & qualifications through slider & Head Gimbal Assembly (HGA) such as FEMTO. Communicate cleaning process change and mechanical Critical to Quality (CTQ) impact assessment at first level.
