Job Summary

South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a caring, compassionate, self‑motivated and reliable Nurse to work in both community hospitals, Nicol Unit based at the Stratford upon Avon Hospital and Campion Ward based at the Royal Leamington Spa Rehab hospital. The Nicol unit is a 20‑bed GP run ward caring for patients who require admission prevention, a period of recovery, rehabilitation, reablement, palliative care or sub‑acute intervention. Campion is a 25‑bed GP led ward providing care to patients that require support in recovery, rehabilitation and reablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a high standard of nursing care to patients undergoing surgical or medical treatment.
• Assess patient care needs and implement and evaluate the programme of care.
• Work as part of a team committed to delivering and improving a high standard of nursing care within South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust.
