Our team is focused on delivering high-impact, creative solutions that address complex challenges and drive organizational goals.

Responsibilities:
Provide support to production engineering teams for the simplified work initiative, offering facilitation and collaboration across multiple projects.
Collect, analyze, and present data from multiple sources to support informed decision-making and drive process improvements.
Facilitate meetings and present findings to diverse audiences, including senior management and executives.
Develop actionable plans in alignment with organizational goals, objectives, and initiatives.
