Responsibilities Include:

+ Accounts Payable: Manage light AP processing and assist with wire transfers and client funds.

+ Bank Reconciliations: Partner with the team to reconcile trust accounts and ensure accuracy of high-volume transactional ledgers.

+ Wire Transfers: Monitor, verify, and execute wire transfers while ensuring proper documentation and compliance.

+ General Ledger Reviews: Review thousands of ledger entries to ensure financial balance and correct allocation of funds.
