We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and assist with the month-end close process. This role will work closely with senior accounting staff and leadership, contributing to accurate financial reporting and continuous process improvement.


Key Responsibilities:

+ Support month-end and year-end close, including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations

+ Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations; research and resolve discrepancies

+ Assist with general ledger maintenance, including posting and reviewing transactions

+ Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed

+ Prepare and analyze financial reports, schedules, and variances
