Robert Half has partnered with a reputable, manufacturer outside of the Allentown, PA area on their search for a Staff Accountant with proven ERP systems expertise. This Staff Accountant will assist with the following: assisting with accounts receivable including invoicing, providing financial analysis, preparing general ledger entries, reconciling fixed asset schedules, monitoring cash flow updates, performing bank reconciliations, preparing monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements, prepare payroll journal entries, coordinate with the audit team as needed, and assisting with internal controls and process improvement initiatives. This role will manage core accounting activities, contribute to period-end close, and provide analysis that helps leaders understand performance and cost drivers. The ideal candidate brings solid accounting knowledge, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
