The Stable Manager will have overall responsibility for the daily operations and management of the stable ensuring the highest standards of horse care, staff supervision and facility maintenance in alignment with the family’s expectations and privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of stable operations including horse care, feeding, grooming, exercise routines and health monitoring.
• Lead and supervise stable staff including grooms, riders and support personnel, providing training and ensuring adherence to safety and care protocols.
• Coordinate veterinary and farrier appointments, treatments and medical records for all horses.
