Position Overview

The role requires strong expertise in cycle time management, foundational knowledge of factory physics, advanced data analytics, and structured problem solving. You and your team will guide network site teams by leading cycle time–focused continuous improvement projects, aligning business processes, and standardizing methodologies and metrics across the network.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cycle time metrics, reports, tools, enablers, and methodologies to enable accurate performance measurement and effective improvement initiatives.
• Drive network standardization of metrics, measurement scope and definitions, methodologies, business processes, and modeling to ensure consistent adoption across backend manufacturing sites.
• Establish and support cycle time targets aligned with Micron Best in Class objectives; lead or support Tier 1 Cycle Time subprograms as a subject matter expert.
