Role Overview

The Automation Architect defines the end-to-end technical blueprint for the Client automation program. This role is responsible for solution architecture, infrastructure design, bot framework selection, integration strategy, and ensuring the delivery aligns with enterprise-grade scalability, security, and compliance requirements applicable to a federal payer environment.

Mandatory Skills

•       8+ years of IT experience with 4+ years specifically in RPA / Intelligent Automation architecture

•       Deep expertise in UiPath platform — Studio, Orchestrator, AI Center, Test Suite, and Document Understanding, IXP

•       Proven experience architecting end-to-end RPA solutions for large enterprise or government/regulated industry clients

•       Strong knowledge of US Healthcare IT — Medicaid, Medicare, provider data, and payer-side operations
