**Sr. Training Administrator - Tucson, Arizona**

**Job Summary:**

The Sr. Training Administrator supports meeting and learning events both onsite and virtually for Raytheon. This position supports all logistical aspects of the learning and meeting events that VPS supports virtually and in the Tucson Learning Center.

This position is on site at the Raytheon Learning Center in Tucson, AZ. The position reports to the Sr Manager for the RTX PMO.

**Major Job Duties:**

**_Learning Administration & Learning Management System (LMS) tasks_** _– 20%_

+ Configure Course Offerings in the LMS
+ Configure and prepare Group Outlook Account email notifications and Calendar invites
+ Respond to general requests
+ Prepare and review training reports
+ Troubleshoot access and learning plan issues, follow-up with students as needed
