Your Role

The Sr Talent Partner is an integral element of the Talent Acquisition delivery and lateral hiring within IIPL. The person will work with businesses/functions and be the face of talent acquisition for them. In addition to the role of Talent Partner, the person will be required to lead and develop the sourcing team of IIPL. He/she will bring leadership depth & experience to the team and will be responsible for day‑to‑day TA delivery for their line of business/function.
