Job Description

Renesas Electronics Corporation is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader for the role of HRBP, Regional HR Strategy. The successful candidate will serve as a Strategic HR Business Partner, supporting key business leaders across Japan.

**Responsibilities**

+ **Drive Strategic HR Initiatives:** Collaborate with the Senior Manager (supervisor) and business unit leaders to plan and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
+ **Address Organizational Challenges:** Analyze issues related to talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement, and propose and implement effective solutions.
+ **Participate in HR Projects:** Actively contribute as a project member in various HR initiatives.
+ **Change Management:** Support organizational transformation through effective change management practices to ensure smooth transitions.
