- Key Responsibilities:- Deploy a holistic and consistent Retail training approach to that provides channel specific capabilities while identifying and maximizing cross-channel synergie- Maintain yearly training budget and calendar for market and countries to optimize resource allocation and ensure existing and new programs are deployed across channels accordingly- Manage KPI ́s and monitor implementation of tools/programs to assess quality of trainings at retail and measure the impact to the business- Deploy training models, plans and modules to support the knowledge increase of the trainers and retail store staff in Brands, Products and Benefits- Align business needs assessment and develop appropriate training plans for countries learning gaps to develop tools and training plans ...
